Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory materials, all sales are generally considered final unless an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged shipment or an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the package and product when applicable.

Lost Shipments

If a package is confirmed lost during transit by the carrier, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
